This is great. The best place to start, till you find a course is on... you tube page of Enlighten Next (that is the way I started to learn ;-).

There are videos from retreats with Andrew Cohen and it is quit a great place to learn the basic, the easy way. Then there is also a local Israeli web site at http://www.enlightennext.org.il/ where there are some good translated texts of Andrew. Also, you can join the universe-project, (it is free) at http://www.enlightennext.org/universe-project/ and this will give you access to web casts, news letters and more. And.... very soon I hope to get together some activities like, meditation and discussion groups here on the "good reality" site, live using Skype.....
