Meeting in heaven
We just finished our first meditation together with a small group. I have never done this before, but it is so beautiful. I have never been silent with people on the telephone, normally when silence happens there is a small discomfort. But now there was complete ease, listening to all the noices on different places on earth... And than there was this total silentness, inner, outer complete silenceness. I never expected this to be so beautiful.

it was indeed very beautiful. Funny that you have mentioned it, but when I have heard the sounds from the other places, it was crossing my mind that actually those sounds are just like the thoughts, coming and going... and in meditation we just let everything be as it is. So it was not a problem at all, even the opposite... I also love the idea of being on the line with others in silence, and having no problem with it. I have never thought about it. Very nice thought.
